Hello. I’m Liam, the guy behind Inkwell Content. I’ve been working in content for more than a decade. I started out as a lowly writer on a content farm and eventually became the Director of Content at a major digital content marketing agency in Sydney.
In May of 2019, I decided I’d had enough of agency life. I knew that I could offer my clients a better experience if I worked with them one-on-one, rather than at the behest of an agency looking to make as much money as possible.
So I left my day job to run Inkwell Content Services.
I know, I know, not the most unusual story. So here’s a better look at my history, if you’re curious:
I built Croud Australia’s content marketing program from the ground up. During my time there, I created and executed content strategies for some of Australia’s top brands. I also managed an internal team of strategists and 25+ content creators, the best of whom are still in my network. At Croud, I defined who I wanted to be as a content marketer, and identified the very best ways of serving my clients. Want to see what I mean? Get in touch.
I started Invisible Ink Editing to fuel my passion for well-crafted fiction. With so many authors now able to self-publish, there’s a need for good, accessible editors, and the team at Invisible Ink is there to meet that need. Long story short: We read novels and help their authors prepare for publication. Want to know more? You can find out all you need to know about our book editing services here.
Brafton launched my career in content when I started as a writer in their Boston office, many moons ago. I quickly rose up the ranks, becoming section editor and managing a team of five writers, many of whom I still work with today. At Brafton, I learned what it means to be a content marketer, though times have changed since 2010. Good thing I’ve changed with them.
